The role supports various departments and may involve loading merchandise, answering questions, and ensuring customer needs are met. Prior retail exposure is beneficial. This position offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input/access information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties with standing, sitting, and other activities
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut materials)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
