Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provides fast, friendly service, recommends items, processes transactions, maintains store cleanliness, and manages inventory.
- Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Constructs and maintains displays, assists with stock rotation, and uses store systems and equipment effectively.
- Provides photo area services, manages web pick-up orders, and maintains store appearance.
- Completes training, is willing to work flexible hours, and has retail experience, preferably with Walgreens.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: Six months of retail experience, prior Walgreens experience.
