Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
4. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommends items for sale, including trade-up and/or companion items.
6. Processes transactions, refunds, exchanges, and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
7. Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with legal regulations.
8. Assists with store displays, inventory, and stock rotation.
9. Provides photo services and web order fulfillment.
10. Maintains store appearance and adheres to company policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer at least six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
