Customer Service Associate
Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
Customer Experience
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits, to deliver a memorable customer experience.
Operations
- Provides fast, friendly, and efficient service, including recommending products and managing transactions such as voids, returns, and refunds.
- Maintains store cleanliness, manages inventory, and ensures proper product placement and merchandising.
- Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Constructs and maintains displays, assists with stock rotation, and operates store systems and equipment.
- Provides photo services, web pick-up responsibilities, and assists with store maintenance and policy compliance.
Training & Personal Development
- Attends training sessions and completes required learning modules as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: Six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
