Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provides fast, friendly, and efficient service, recommends items, and processes transactions including returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Keeps store clean and well merchandised, takes inventory, and maintains records.
- Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Constructs and maintains displays, assists with stock rotation, and ensures proper product placement.
- Provides customer service in the photo area and assumes web pick-up responsibilities.
- Maintains store appearance and complies with company policies.
- Completes additional tasks and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferably have six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
Additional Information
- Salary range: $16.5 - $18 per hour.
