Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service; recommend items; process transactions and returns; maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Construct and maintain displays, assist with stock rotation, and ensure proper product placement.
- Operate store systems and equipment, provide photo services, and manage web pick-up orders.
- Assist with store maintenance and complete special assignments as needed.
Training & Personal Development
Attend training sessions and complete required PPLs as directed by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months of retail experience preferred.
- Prior experience with Walgreens preferred.
