Key Responsibilities:

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
4. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members.
6. Provides fast, friendly service, recommends items, and handles transactions including returns, refunds, and exchanges.
7. Keeps the store clean, organized, and well-merchandised, and maintains inventory records.
8. Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
9. Constructs and maintains displays, assists with stock rotation, and supports store maintenance.
10. Provides photo services and web order fulfillment.
11. Completes special assignments and maintains respectful coworker relationships.

Qualifications include:

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
