Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and handle customer transactions including returns, refunds, and exchanges.
3. Engage customers proactively, offer assistance, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, assist with inventory and merchandising, and ensure compliance with policies.
5. Provide services in the photo area and assist with web order pickups.
6. Participate in training and personal development activities as required.

Qualifications

1. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
2. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
3. Preferably six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
