• Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engaging customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Sharing customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
• Providing fast, friendly service, recommending items, and processing transactions and returns.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Assisting with food separation, product placement, and stock rotation.
• Using store systems and equipment effectively.
• Providing photo services and web order fulfillment.
• Participating in store maintenance and special tasks as assigned.

Basic qualifications include fluency in English (except Puerto Rico) and willingness to work flexible hours. Preferred qualifications include six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience. The role is full-time, hourly, and remains open until filled.
