• Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registering sales, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engaging customers by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Sharing customer service best practices with team members.
• Providing fast, friendly service; recommending products; handling transactions; maintaining store cleanliness and organization; managing inventory; ensuring compliance with laws; creating displays; assisting with food and product placement; operating store systems; providing photo services; managing web pick-up orders; and supporting store maintenance.

Training & Personal Development:

• Attending training sessions and completing required PPLs.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
