Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
4. Recommends items for sale, including trade-up and/or companion products.
5. Processes transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
6. Maintains store cleanliness and organization, including merchandising and inventory management.
7. Ensures compliance with legal regulations regarding regulated products.
8. Assists with store displays, resets, and product placement.
9. Provides photo services and web order fulfillment as needed.
10. Supports store maintenance and adheres to company policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

• Salary: $15 - $17.50 per hour
