Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
4. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
5. Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
6. Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service; recommend items; handle transactions; maintain store cleanliness and organization.
7. Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
8. Construct and maintain displays, assist with stock rotation, and use store systems and equipment effectively.
9. Provide customer service in the photo area and assume web pick-up responsibilities.
10. Assist with store maintenance and complete special assignments as needed.

Training & Personal Development

• Attend training and complete required PPLs.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
