Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Recommends items for sale to customers, including trade-up and/or companion items.
• Processes transactions such as voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintains store cleanliness, organizes shelves, and assists with inventory and merchandising.
• Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with legal regulations.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up responsibilities.
• Assists with store maintenance and adheres to company policies and respectful workplace relationships.
• Completes training and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
