- Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registering sales on the cash register and providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
Customer Experience
- Greeting customers and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Sharing customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
Operations
- Providing courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
- Recommending items and processing transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintaining store cleanliness, inventory, and displays, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
- Assisting with food separation, stock rotation, and store maintenance.
- Providing photo services and web pick-up responsibilities.
Training & Personal Development
- Attending training sessions and completing required PPLs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience preferred.
