Job description

Monson Savings Bank is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Associate/Teller for our Wilbraham Branch. This hourly, non-exempt position is located at 100 Post Office Park, Wilbraham, MA.

Teller position works a variable schedule, Monday-Saturday,averaging 37.5 hours weekly. Must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 12:30 PM.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

• The CSA role is responsible for performing a variety of Teller and customer service duties including check cashing, processing customers deposits, withdrawals, payments, the sale of money orders and bank checks, and related administrative duties.

Education/Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
