Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the cash register, and ensure the store looks clean and well-stocked.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Training and rewards accompany a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
