Family Dollar Stores Of North Carolina LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, with duties including stock replenishment and maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform cleaning and restocking of bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
