Accredo, a specialized care partner, seeks a Customer Service Associate Rep in Honolulu, HI for a hybrid schedule. You will handle patient calls with empathy, explain pharmacy benefits, and document interactions, while supporting refills, shipments, and billing queries.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year in call-center or medical insurance/pharmacy exposure. On-site 2 days weekly, remote 3 days with broadband access is expected.

Qualifications
