Par Pacific is seeking a Customer Service Associate for Grangeville, Idaho. This part-time role involves delivering friendly, efficient service, handling sales at the POS, stocking merchandise, and supporting store operations to keep the site running smoothly.

You will join a team focused on customer satisfaction, safe practices, and flexible hours while pursuing opportunities across a growing energy and retail network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and cash handling preferred.
• Perform basic math accurately.
• Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to work varied shifts and arrive on time.
• Willingness to work with equipment and materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service at the store, including at the gas pump.
• Ring up sales on POS and follow cash handling procedures.
• Manage cash and other tender types, including coupons.
• Maintain store policies, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and assist with inventory.
• Contribute to a safe, clean store environment and assist with maintenance.
