Job summary

Laundry Capital is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers in our Clean Rite Centers and Laundromax locations. The role supports daily store operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and friendly environment for guests.

Starting at $16.00/hour with a $0.50/hour raise after 90 days if performance targets are met. The position offers productivity bonuses and tips, with opportunities for career growth within a leading laundromat operator founded in 1996.

Qualifications

• Stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Able to work overnight.
• Lift up to 35 pounds.
• Communicate with customers professionally.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Flexible (open) schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and purchases.
• Operate cash register / POS accurately.
• Know products and upsell related items.
• Keep retail items neatly stocked and inform management when inventory is low.
• Use log books to report maintenance and safety issues.
• Address customer concerns politely and promptly.
