Sheldons Look Sharp Dry Cleaners LLC in Kentucky seeks a Customer Service Associate to assist customers by phone, at the front counter, in the drive-thru, and via the POS messaging system. You will handle drop-offs and pick-ups and detail each garment in the POS.

You may open or close the location daily, performing opening duties like turning on lights and counting drawers, keeping the store clean, and following up on leftover tasks.

• Open or close the location daily, including opening duties such as turning on lights and counting drawers, and closing duties including taking out trash, cleaning, counting and securing cash, and preparing garments for transport to Bowling Green production.

Description

The customer service associates will help customers via phone calls, at the front counter, in the drive thru and through the messaging system in our POS software. They are expected to assist customers with drop off and pick up scenarios. They are expected to process all garments that are dropped off in the POS Software detailing each item as trained to do so and then tagging each of those items for identification. This position also requires the employee to help open or close the location daily. An employee who opens a location is expected to follow basic opening duties such as turning on lights, counting the drawer(s) to open for the day, maintaining a clean store as time allows throughout the day, and making sure that any tasks from the day before are followed through on. An employee who closes a location is expected to follow basic closing duties such as taking out trash, any cleaning that needs to be done, counting and closing the drawer for the day, pulling cash & check deposit per instructions, and if at a satellite gathering all detailed/processed garments to be taken to the production site in Bowling Green to be cleaned after closing and locking up their location.
