Job summary

Signet Jewelers in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Store Keyholder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by covering opening and closing procedures in their absence. You will assist customers with repairs and by selling products, greet customers, assess needs, and follow up on repairs with estimates.

You will also perform inventory counts, merchandising, cleaning, and other tasks as assigned. Regular attendance is essential.

Job description

Supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by completing opening and closing procedures in the store in their absence. The keyholder assists customers in the store with repairs and by selling product. They will also perform tasks as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager including inventory counts, cleaning, merchandise display, etc. Excellent customer service skills, sales skills and organization are necessary to be successful in this position.

• Sales - greeting customers as the come into the store, assessing their needs and making suggestions to meet their needs. Following up with customers on recent sales or items they show interest in.

• Customer service - following up on repairs and calling customers with estimates.

• Inventory duties assigned by manager including case counts.

• Opening and closing the store.

Performs other duties as assigned. Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job.
