SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Rep at our Melbourne, FL location. This full-time role involves processing telephone orders, stocking from delivery areas to storage and walk-in cooler, and preparing products for customers.

You will communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone or in person, perform basic math for change making, and enter orders via computer or touch screen. You must stand for long periods as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Clean equipment and facility as requested.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to do basic math skills (accurately give change).
• Have an outgoing personality with customers; you will be our first contact with phone in and carryout customers and will need to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
• Most tasks are performed from a standing position; there are no chairs, so you must be able to stand for long periods of time.
