Job summary

Family Dollar in Rusk, TX is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to assist customers, operate a cash register, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will help unload merchandise, respond to questions, and process transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent), retail or service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods. EOE.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
