Job summary

Dollar Tree seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

You will work with a team to maintain safety and professional, friendly interactions while supporting inventory and merchandising tasks as needed. This role emphasizes excellent service, strong communication, and the ability to lift items, stand for long periods, and follow store procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
