Wawa is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers, process transactions, and support store operations. You will prepare food items, manage the coffee station, and assist with fuel/gift card activations and age verification for restricted products.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and age-restricted product verification.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked, shelves are fresh and inviting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following policies and procedures.
• Complete housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
