Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer including basic data entry.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Basic arithmetic and literacy to perform everyday tasks.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise and load as needed.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as necessary.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time satisfaction.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service goals.
• Prepare department items per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, hardware).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and assist with returns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
