Qualifikationen

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and perform duties.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items as expected.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut wood, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
