Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience and ability to input and access information.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties as required by the role.
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
