Wawa is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, prepare delicious breakfast items, sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment. You will operate the register, handle payments, and assist with fuel, gift cards, and age-restricted product verifications.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and teamwork. The position offers an hourly wage with a shift differential for late night hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items and keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and age-restricted verifications.
• Ensure stores are stocked, clean, and inviting.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines to keep stores clean and safe.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash, and more.
