Wawa is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and provide friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. You will prepare breakfast items, sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas while keeping the coffee station clean and organized.

You will operate the register, manage payments, fuel card activations, and assist with lottery and ID verifications. The role includes stocking shelves, keeping them fresh, and maintaining clean, safe stores.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID checks for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked; keep shelves fresh, full, and inviting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following policies and guidelines.
• Complete housekeeping tasks including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
