As a team member, you will handle payments, assist customers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment while supporting store marketing programs and promotions.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Basic math skills for making change and processing refunds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Balance cash at start and end of shift; process sales and returns.
• Assist customers with questions, price discrepancies, and locating products.
• Keep the store clean and restock as needed.
