Job summary

TXB Market and Food Stores Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our La Pryor, TX location. The role supports store management with customer service, cash handling, and general store duties to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest.

The associate will handle cash transactions, assist customers, maintain store cleanliness, and participate in team efforts to meet store goals. Some shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Free work uniforms and daily pay partner.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and balance cash at start/end of shift.
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Provide a clean, organized store environment and replenish products as needed.
• Greet customers as they enter and assist with locating items.
