Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is hiring a Customer Service Associate for the Business Insurance team in Towson, MD. You will deliver prompt, courteous support to clients and colleagues, handling policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits with high accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2 years of customer service; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus, and EPIC experience or a P&C license are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years Customer Service experience.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two (2) years Business Insurance experience
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Experience working with EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, certificates, and evidence of property insurance.
• Perform policy audits with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide responsive, courteous support to clients and colleagues on the Business Insurance team.
