Our project at Amazon is to become Earth’s maximum consumer‑centric corporation, and our award‑triumphing customer support group is a key part of accomplishing that purpose. We focus on providing quality support by equipping staff with the expertise to troubleshoot for our customers rather than simply following scripts or repeating dialogue. Your unique personality will shine through every customer conversation, delivering the support our clients love.
As an Amazon customer support partner, you will prevent problems, resolve queries, and delight our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for U.S. based bilingual (English/Spanish) clients, answering requests via telephone, chat, and/or email—covering the full spectrum from order, delivery, product questions to payment issues and website navigation. You will use a range of tools to navigate, research, and review answers, communicating effectively with internal and external clients and Amazon business partners. You will also collect data to improve the customer experience and transport performance.
This role requires flexible hours to meet customer needs. You will be scheduled for day/overdue shifts with a weekly minimum of forty hours, for example 5x8 hours.
