The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for handling client requests and providing efficient, high-quality customer support. The Customer Service Associate will work a hybrid schedule, onsite three days a week from 9 AM to 6 PM in Durham, NC.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

• Handle client requests from start to finish with speed and accuracy
• Provide friendly, professional support across various communication platforms
• Build strong client relationships and enhance overall satisfaction
• Maintain a strong understanding of the online portal and digital tools
• Stay up to date on all products, policies, and customer service procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure continued, high-quality service
• Communicate openly with management regarding areas of responsibility and provide additional help when needed

Requirements of the Customer Service Associate:

Compensation for the Customer Service Associate:
