Weekend, holiday, and evening availability is required. Training is provided, with commission opportunities and advancement potential as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfort engaging customers and making recommendations (training provided).
• Willingness to work outdoors in heat, sun, rain, and changing weather conditions.
• Ability to remain professional and positive in physically demanding environments; standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic comfort with technology such as POS systems and tablets.

• Perform routine site tasks such as pressure washing, cleaning equipment, folding towels, and general upkeep.
• Assist with light maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
