Bubble Down Car Wash is seeking energetic, outgoing team members for a Customer Service Associate role. You will greet customers, handle transactions at the paystation, and perform site maintenance tasks in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Part-time with weekend, holiday, and evening availability; starting pay is $15/hour plus commission opportunities. Paid training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfort outdoors in heat, sun, rain, and changing weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs during a shift.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Customer Service Associate

What You'll Do

• Perform routine site tasks such as pressure washing, cleaning equipment, folding towels, and general upkeep
• Assist with light maintenance and report equipment issues
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfort engaging customers and making recommendations (training provided)
• Willingness to work outdoors in heat, sun, rain, and changing weather conditions
• Ability to remain professional and positive in physically demanding environments
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs during a shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic comfort with technology such as POS systems and tablets

This is not a stationary or indoor role. Team members rotate between customer-facing and operational tasks throughout each shift.
