We are actively seeking a self‑motivated, customer‑service oriented individual that is a team player. This full‑time Customer Service Associate will be responsible for order entry at the sales counter with related warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, shipping product, loading trucks, and some driving. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime during the busy season.

Job Location: Silver Creek – Nampa, 3713 Garrity Blvd, Nampa, ID 83687

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Entering orders at point of sale using the company computer system
• Interacting with customers over the phone, via email and in person
• Order picking and staging
• Shipping/receiving
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Delivering product to customers and branch locations
• Pre‑trip inspections and load securing, with strict adherence to DOT/CDL regulations
• Understanding and adhering to regulations detailed in the FMCSA
• Other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic computer knowledge (keyboard, mouse, internet use)
• Forklift experience helpful
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a repetitive basis
• Preferred: Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Driver’s license with acceptable driving record and verifiable driving history
• Able to pass a pre‑employment drug test and a DOT physical
