Vista Auction LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to support the pickup experience at our Monroe, NC warehouse. You will greet customers, check them in for pickups, answer questions, and help resolve concerns by directing them to the right team member.

This role requires standing for long periods, occasional lifting, and adherence to safety rules. A friendly, patient demeanor and clear communication are essential in a busy, dusty environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Stand for extended periods throughout your shift.
• Bend, reach, and occasionally lift and move items.
• Wear mandatory toe covers each day.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude, including during busy periods.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and managers.
• This position works in an active, dusty warehouse environment.
• Warehouse temperatures can vary depending on the season and area of the building.
• Noise levels can be loud at times due to equipment and daily warehouse operations.
