Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Milwaukee is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to greet customers, promote our Unlimited Wash Club, and drive sales while delivering friendly, efficient service.

You will work outdoors at busy car wash sites, handle questions, ensure a clean, shiny vehicle experience, and collaborate with teammates. We value energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn; weekend and holiday shifts are available. Same-day pay and PTO from day one are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Ability to sell products and memberships with enthusiasm.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
