Job summary

White's Studios, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Office professional for a full-time seasonal role at our school picture portrait studio in the San Fernando Valley (North Hollywood or Northridge).

You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, schedule and coordinate with staff, and maintain CRM records while delivering courteous service to students and families. Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend training sessions to grow product knowledge and customer service skills
• Resolve inquiries via phone, walk-in, mail, fax and email
• Process and log incoming calls into the CRM system
• Identify customer needs and escalate inquiries as needed
• Contact customers with progress updates on inquiries
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain confidentiality of information
• Perform other duties as required

Customer Service/Office (Full Time/Seasonal) candidate needed for a school picture portrait studio in the San Fernando Valley area (North Hollywood). We specialize in capturing portraits of students K through 12th grade.

Requirements

• Looking for a multi-tasking team player with customer service experience and basic knowledge of computers and web-based applications.
• You must be able to communicate well in person and over the phone and bilingual communication is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Candidate must be able to work shifts 9 am to 5 pm and/or 12 pm to 8 pm at either of our San Fernando Valley locations, North Hollywood or Northridge, and be able to work a combination of 5 days (8-hour shifts) per week.
• A Live Scan is Required for employment consideration.

Responsibilities

• Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.
• Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.
• Processing and logging incoming calls into the CRM system.
• Identifying customer needs.
• Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
• Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Updating customer information as required.
• Maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Performing other duties as the need arises.

This is a full-time/seasonal position available from now through October.
