Job summary

School Portraits by Adams Photography is seeking seasonal associates to join our team during the busy months from July through November. We have various roles available including Entry Level Photographers, Shipping & Receiving Associates, Photo Editors, and Data Entry positions. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in these roles.

Work in a fun and fast-paced environment, gain valuable skills, and help create memorable picture day experiences for schools throughout Southern California.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary for Entry Level Photographers, we train.
• Basic computer skills for the Photo Editor role.
• Ability to review and verify student data accurately for Data Entry.

Responsibilities

• Capture portraits at schools as an Entry Level Photographer.
• Lead a team and manage schedules as a Shift Lead.
• Prepare and deliver products on time as a Shipping & Receiving Associate.
• Enhance photo quality as a Photo Editor.
• Verify and update student records as a Data Entry clerk.

Schedule:

On site positions (Packagers, Editors) Mon‑Fri 7:30 am‑4 pm on site at our office in San Dimas.

Field positions (Photographers, Shift Leads) 2‑5 days a week, Mon‑Fri. Variable hours that mirror the average elementary school’s day.

Seasonal Opportunities Available

We’re hiring for multiple positions to fit a variety of skills and interests. Submit your application and let us know which roles you’re interested in. We’ll match your skills and interests with the best fit. (Rate of pay determined by role, within the posted pay scale)

• (Field Role) Entry Level Photographers – No experience necessary, we train! Travel to a variety of schools throughout Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and LA counties. New and returning Photographers work as a team to complete Picture Day for students and school faculty. (One location per day)
• (Field Role) Shift Lead – Lead a team of Photographers each shift and keep Picture Day on schedule, providing customer service to school faculty at a variety of locations. (One location per day)
• (On‑Site) Shipping & Receiving Associate – Help ensure our products are prepped, organized, and delivered on time.
• (On‑Site) Photo Editor – Review and perfect photos to ensure top quality. Basic computer skills and repetitive attention to detail are key!
• (On‑Site) Data Entry – Review a high volume of student data (name, grade, etc.), verify accuracy and correct errors by updating records.
