DriveSafe Driving Schools is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support enrollments, sell programs, and manage student paperwork from our Castle Rock location. You will update our database, coordinate with instructors, and help maintain a professional center environment.
The role requires a valid Colorado driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a criminal background check. Bilingual Spanish is preferred and we offer room for growth.

The Customer Service Associate works with the Center Manager to handle student enrollments, sell new programs, enter and update information in our database, manage paperwork, work with instructors, and maintain the professionalism of the Center.
This position is based out of our Castle Rock DriveSafe location (1345 New Beale Street, Suite 130C, Castle Rock, CO 80108) and is scheduled 32 hours per week, Friday through Monday, 8:30am to 5pm. Flexibility to occasionally support the Highlands Ranch DriveSafe Center (537 W. Highlands Ranch Parkway #103 Highlands Ranch CO 80129) if needed is required. This position has room for growth and advancement.
