Job summary

Topline Heating & Air in Lancaster is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll answer phones, schedule appointments for technicians and installers, and help customers with questions in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

This office-based role offers weekly pay, medical/dental/vision from day one, a 401(k), paid vacation, and opportunities for growth within a high-energy, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience making phone calls and communicating with customers or clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and friendly phone presence.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in an office-based environment.
• Willingness to learn HVAC products, services, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads and schedule appointments with our Sales Representatives.
• Assist customers over the phone with questions, concerns, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer concerns when possible.
• Accurately document and maintain records of customer interactions.
• Develop knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and excellent customer support.
• Coordinate with technicians, installers, and other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
