This remote role requires a customer service mindset and the ability to handle payments and inquiries effectively, ensuring high-quality support during client service hours.

S u mm a r y :
OneDigital provides Gift Card support and Treasury transactions for a Dedicated Client. Most work, research and resolutions to problems may require interaction with multiple systems and vendors. This role will manage and record payments, oversee business to business gift card orders and bulk order requests and must be available during the Client’s Service hours of 8:00am-8:00pm.
The individual must have a customer service mindset and will be expected to provide 2nd mile service. Work can be remote and is under supervision. After hours support, some holidays and over-time may be required to meet goals or guidelines.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $26 per hour.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
