Cremer North America is seeking a Customer Service and Logistics Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead the Customer Service and Logistics team and ensure timely, accurate execution of all customer orders.

The role focuses on building scalable systems, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Logistics and Accounting, and leveraging our CNA ERP to analyze reports and drive performance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience managing a high transaction volume customer-focused dept.
• ERP data entry or ERP system experience required.
• Ability to interact daily with Sales, Operations, Logistics and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct activities of 6–10 Customer Service and Logistics Specialists.
• Develop and implement scalable processes for Customer Service and Logistics.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of customer orders and KPI management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics and Accounting to meet customer needs.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead weekly cross-functional reviews and department huddles.

the Customer Service & Logistics Manager is responsible for the Customer Service and Logistics team and the timely and accurate execution of all customer orders of the business. The Customer Service & Logistics Manager is responsible for creating and improving scalable systems and processes for all aspects of Customer Service and Logistics. Understanding the specifics of products of Cremer North America (CNA) as well as the business needs of their customer is essential.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education, Credentials, Licenses:

B.A. or B.S degree in a Business related discipline or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Kind & Length of Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience managing or supervising a high transactional volume customer focused department with emphasis on order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and able to change direction as needed or requested.
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data entry or system experience
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the CNA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and will produce and analyze reports as needed.
• Ability to interact daily with all elements of the business including but not limited to; Sales, Operations, Logistics and Accounting.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND STANDARDS

• Supervise, develop, and direct activities of 6-10 Customer Service and Logistics Specialists.
• Assess, develop, and implement process improvements across the department that are scalable
• Understand specific customer requirements.
• Communicate effectively both externally and internally.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and cost controlled transportation of goods.
• Manage and set department and company KPI’s
• Primary responsibilities exceeding customer expectations.
• Managing cross functional weekly Packaging Product Review meeting
• Lead and improve department huddles
• Analyze or produce reports for department and business leaders.
• Assist Procurement of raw material.
• In your absence you are responsible to ensure that the tasks assigned to the absentee is adequately covered by them or trained personnel. As a Supervisor or Manager, it is your responsibility to ensure that all activities are managed appropriately in an absence of any associate that reports to you.
• Develop and follow Leader Standard Work with Direct Supervisor
• Adhere to all Site Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security Requirements, Local, State, and Federal Regulations
• Maintain Hazardous waste in accordance to all Local, State, and Federal Regulations
• Other duties as required
