Position: Customer Service Analyst - United Linen Services

The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for operational management of the linen management software (ABS) and maintaining overall client relationships. This role focuses on increasing efficiency between the plant and customers, enhancing client and plant performance, and eliminating waste.

Minimum Qualifications
Education, Certification, and/or Licensure:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (or related field), or 4 years of applicable experience in sales or customer service
  • West Virginia Driver's license and must be insurable
Experience:
  • 4 years of applicable experience in sales or customer service
Core Duties and Responsibilities

The following statements describe the general nature of work performed by individuals in this position. They are not all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.

  1. Develop and manage key process improvement initiatives for customers and United Linen Services.
  2. Ensure all daily linen needs for customers are managed efficiently and promptly.
  3. Assist in developing long-term planning for optimal use of United Linen Service assets as the business grows.
  4. Manage logistics and delivery driver schedules, including arranging substitutes when necessary. May perform driver duties if needed.
  5. Collaborate with the Production Manager to assess work progress and resolve internal issues.
  6. Ensure work assignments and schedules maximize productivity and shift coverage.
  7. Complete projects, attend meetings, and meet deadlines punctually.
  8. Participate in committees as requested.
  9. Administer performance improvement and system reengineering initiatives aimed at hospital cost reduction and achieving "best in class" performance.
