1-800-GOT-JUNK? Twin Cities seeks a Customer Experience Lead in Minneapolis to bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job, creating WOW moments and delivering exceptional service.

You’ll lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and remove junk safely from homes and businesses, while operating box trucks with training provided. The role offers advancement paths and a total compensation package including base pay, tips, profit share, and incentives.

Pay: $28–$32+/hour ($16.50/hr base + Profit Share + Tips + Bonuses)

We promote from within whenever possible!Pay Range: Average $30/hr (Total Compensation)

• $16.50 Base hourly rate
• Tips
• Uncapped profit share & performance incentives
• Overtime
• 1 mandatory weekend shift
• 3–4 weekday shifts
• Shifts run 8–10 hours and typically begin at 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
• Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
