Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID is hiring a Customer Service Aide to support the Food and Nutrition Services Department. The role centers on delivering excellent service by taking patient meal orders and verifying meal accuracy.

You will use CBORD and PowerChart on wireless devices to document orders, deliver meals to rooms, assist patients with trays, and document intake. This is a full-time rotating shift, with potential weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in hospital food service helpful but not required.

Work Schedule

This is a full time shift as needed. It may include weekends, weekdays and holidays. Schedule is subject to change.
